If you can’t make the November meeting to vote, you must use a mail-in ballot.  The mail-in ballot must be requested by 10/15/24 by emailing Lori (see John’s email for contact information).  The completed mail-in ballot must be received by DVC by 11/3/24 to be opened and counted at the General Meeting on 11/3/24.  Final vote counts will not be reported, only the winner.
